Refunds
A refund will be issued within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt, as long as the item is unworn, in its original condition, and with the original packaging. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment and can only be processed online. Please note that refunds for online purchases cannot be processed in-store. Debit/credit card refunds may take 7-10 business days to clear. If you decide to return something for any reason outside of it being defective or if a wrong product has been received, you will have to cover the cost of returning the item to us.
Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt, provided the item is unworn, in its original condition, and with the original packaging. Exchanges can be processed either in any Move On store or online. To initiate an exchange online, please email your order number and exchange request to help@moveon.co.za. We will get in touch within 24 hours to assist you with the process.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us or return it to the store within 24 hours of receiving it, along with the item in an unworn condition and original receipt. Email us at help@moveon.co.za with the original invoice and clear images of the defect for assessment. If the return is due to our error, we will cover the courier cost. Please allow up to 3 days for our team to respond to all queries, including refunds and exchanges. We will evaluate the issue on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement or store credit if it’s determined to be a manufacturing fault.
Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Statutory Rights
Our return policy does not override any statutory rights you may have for refunds on defective products within a reasonable period after purchase.
Refusal of Returns
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges for any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements, at our discretion. We will not exchange or refund any item that has been damaged due to wear and tear or customer neglect.
